Gaining weight!!?
Im 31 & a little over 100lbs. Gaining weight has always been a problem for me. I really want to gain weight. My goal is 130lbs. I've tried the protein shakes, eating large meals several times a day, eating small meals several times a day, exercising, weight lifting....the list goes on & on. Nothing works & if it does I only gain a few pounds. Anyone have any tips & tricks on how to gain steady
weight, keep it on & do it in a healthy way? I know the pic isn't very good but it's the only one of me I have on my phone
