Lighter then usually AF

Ok I need help my cycle is normally heavy with clots I sneeze it flows I’m sorry if it’s TMI but this cycle is really different it’s lighter my cycle is really 4 days long this is only 24hrs and I didn’t have to use any products for it I notice only one clot when I went to the bathroom and spotting before the clot and after no flow very light when I wipe I’m not even cramping like a normal period cramp I’m more cramps towards the front when I usually cramp in my back I took a hpt before the bleeding but it was negative any advice
