Help! 8-10dpo?

Ok so I didn’t track ovulation until my husband got home (trucker) on sept 2. I had perfect ewcm and decided to take an ovulation test. It was a blazing positive. So we’d bd’d alll weekend and my tests began fading Sunday morning. Last pregnancy I had strep, here I am again with an apt in an hour to check for strep and I thought, let me go ahead and test.

And no I don’t mean the weird clear scratch/indent thing right next to control line

It’s pink in person and came up within a min! I know the indent thing, and I had indents last 2 cycles but I had to squint and do funky things to see them. This is clear as day. Options?
