Late 🤔

So I was recently in the hospital for DKA as I'm a diabetic and was supposed to expect my period on the 6th. I was discharged the 7th at about 1:30pm and since then I have YET to receive my period. I'm wondering if my hospital visit messed with my period though or if maybe I actually am pregnant again. I'm putting off buying a test and don't even know which brand would tell me an accurate result for this point. I have a cold at the moment also so i have aches, im like REALLY tired. Any advice?? Or recommendations. I'm stressed lol
