Terrible period pain/ PMS

I need advice, so I just recently got off of my IUD about a month ago, I currently have my period, which is the first period in 2 years, so, my cramps are so severe that I’ve been shaking and just feeling terrible. I’ve also had bad diarrhea along with it, does anyone have an advice on what to do and how to ease everything. I’ve also been having terrible PMS symptoms, I’ve been getting frustrated at literally everything and lashing out at my boyfriend even though he does nothing wrong. Any tips on that as well?
