3 or 4 days late for my period negative tests???

I had my coil removed just over 2 months ago first month didn't have a period but on the 12th Aug I had a period that lasted 5days.. I have been having unpredict sex an I don't even know if I would of even ovulate?  But my period was due 3 or 4 days ago an I did take test on the day I was due an the day after thay both was negative tho so I'm confused I've been told I could of ovulate later so if that's the case when would a test show positive?  Or is it due to the removal of coil ?

After you ovulate, your next period is due 2 weeks later, regardless when your last period was. Your period is late, which means you haven't ovulated yet, or ovulated later. If you track ovulation, you can know exactly when your period is due, and not wonder why you're late. Also, you can time sex more accurately to increase your odds of getting pregnant. Try using opks, tracking your cm, and/or tracking your basal body temperature. All those things can help you pinpoint ovulation and know for sure when your period is due.

U can ovulate anytime after getting off birth control. So, if u have been having unprotected sex, then pregnancy is definitely a possibility. Take a test 2-3 weeks from when u last had sex. If it’s negative, wait another few days & test again to be sure. If ur not pregnant, then it’s likely late from removing the coil, as it can generally take 3-6 months for ur body/natural cycles to adjust.
