What do you guys use/do to sleep comfortable?

I cant get comfortable for s#!t!! (Excusethe language) but man my back be killing me all i do is toss n turn.. nothing is comfortable! 
Is the pregnancy pillow worth the buy?!? 😩😩

I didn't like any of the pregnsncy pillows I used for my last pregnancy. I used three different shaped pillows and I was never comfortable. So I opted not to use one this time. However, I take a spare comforter and an extra pillow and use them instead and it works much better for me. The one pillow I haven't tried is a wedge that supports your belly and your back. That one looks like it might be comfortable. But I'm almost 32 weeks and with this being my last pregnancy I likely won't buy one

I personally just use a long body pillow and sleep with it in between my legs it’s probably the most comfortable way to sleep so far

Yes, I think they are. I have the c shaped one and I am not in love with it because I need to flip it over every time I need to turn over so most of the time I don’t turn it over. I will say that it has helped keep my hip and back pain to a minimum compared to when I didn’t have one during my pregnancy with my daughter. 
If I was to get a new one I would buy one that is U shaped that way I don’t have to worry about flipping it every time I turn onto a different side.
