Miscarrying?

I went in for my first ultrasound today. Based on my last period I should be 10wks1day. The ultrasound showed a yolk sack and a very very small blob attached to it. So small the doctor isn’t even sure what it is. I have to go back in a week to see if there is any growth. Anybody have this and have a successful pregnancy? Doctor isn’t very hopeful but trying not to lose hope yet.

The fact that there is an "unidentified blob" is a poor outcome in itself. Even if you were about 3weeks behind, by 7wks you should' see a fetus with cardiac activity.

I know what your going through. I miscarried 3 months ago and am trying to get pregnant again. All i can say is hold your head high, keep taking your prenatals and hope. You'll get there!

I have a positive outcome but for a early scan at 7 weeks? Unfortunately not that far gone.

Are you sure the dates are correct? At 9+6 we could see our little manatee baby

When did you get your first positive test? 
If it was more than like 4 weeks ago, it’s not a good sign.
