Is this a normal thing?

I don’t necessarily have great women figures in my life to feel comfortable asking these kinds of questions and getting helpful feedback.

Is it normal for my period to be 23-24 days apart? I’ve never been on any kind of birth control. I have also never been pregnant. About a year ago my period was a steady 28 days apart.

A follow up question is, can substantial amounts of stress be related to my period cycle becoming a bit closer?
