What is this mucus discharge?

So for the past 8 days I’ve had spotting mucus discharge that started as pink, bright red, red, to brown. Nothing ever gets on the pad or lines, I notice the discharge when I wipe after using the bathroom.

I have no other symptom (no pain, foul smell, no itchiness) aside from a little cramping. I have taken pregnancy test and all come back negative. A month prior to this occurring, I had blood work done and nothing seems out of normal (had blood work done since I’ve been a month late at the time.)

I have an appointment with my gynecologist but it’s not until a week from today 😭 I am so scared and doing google searches is not helping….

Anyone else experience anything like this?
