How did you tell your children you are pregnant?

I have two older children 17 and my daughter soon to be 11. I have been content with keeping my pregnancy a secret.. but I am now 12 weeks and we will be finding out the gender next week so I’m thinking I should tell them this weekend. I know they are going to be excited so I want to do it in a cute way.. 
How did you tell your children and what was their reaction?

I remarried when I was 37 and became pregnant with my little guy when I was 41. I had teenage children as well. 
We loaded them into the car, said we were going out to dinner. Pulled up at the private ultrasound place (fortunately is only had a small sign outside the building as was attached to another business, the guys were distracted and didn't see it).
Took them inside and said I was waiting for a gift, so they all say around and waited. One of them did actually pull me aside and ask whether we were there for something entirely different and I just smiled.
Our name was called and I ushered them all through. The twin boys mouths hit the floor, (they were 14 at the time), my daughter was 16 and she started squealing with delight. Then we had the ultrasound. We had already said to the tech that we were bringing our teenagers and it was a surprise, we had also said we were happy to know the sex of baby if they could see. 
The tech asked the guys whether they wanted to know if they were getting a brother or a sister, and one of the twins commented if it was a sister he was moving out :D ... Tech told him he had better be ready to redecorate his room as he was getting a baby brother ❤️💙
It was beautiful, it made me cry, it made my daughter cry. An incredibly special moment shared with the most precious people in my universe 💜
My daughter idolises her baby brother, the twin boys have only really started to come into their own with him since he started to toddle around and then walk. But they're just as besotted with him. And I credit that to how they were told partially :)

My eldest was just shy of 4yo when I got pregnant with baby #3. We went out to her favorite fancy restaurant and I told her over dessert, she loved it! We told her early, at 5 weeks, because morning sickness hits me hard and fast and there'd be no way for me to hide it from her.
