Dating scan

My cycles were super irregular so based off of LMP I would be 6 weeks but since I had a 39 day cycle and ovulated on cycle day 29 we are thinking I’m more like 4 weeks. I had my confirmation appt yesterday and they said they don’t do the dating scan until 8-10 weeks since that’s when it would be most accurate but I feel like I see ppl posting here they went in for a dating scan around 6 or 7 weeks. I would love to have some peace of mind and go sooner but curious on other’s experiences!
