Does this sound like endometriosis

Does this sound like endometriosis?

I saw a reproductive endocrinologist because I was having trouble conceiving a second child. My HSG showed adhesions/scarring on my Fallopian tubes and she suspects endo because of this. But I do not have painful or heavy flow periods. They are actually really light, mild cramps, and only lasts 3-5 days.

The thing is I have very painful ovulation. But I didn't always have this. It started when I have the paraguard IUD and when I got it removed to try for another baby the pain never went away.

But it's a sharp stabbing pain. It will hurt to go to the bathroom, hurt to go from sitting to standing, and just hurt while sitting. It usually mostly on the left side and rarely changes. It hurts bad like that for 4 days and then comes and goes until my period starts. Right now my periods suppose to come in like 4 days and I'm having such bad stabbing pains as well. It's just weird because I didn't always have this and the day before my period I get my normal dull mild pains like I always got.

Do you get sharp stabbing pains with endometriosis? Almost throughout your cycle but not on your period? I'm thinking of going to regular OB now I'm worried I have cysts or something.
