Pregnant or just paranoid?

For past 5 weeks I’ve had a daily headache sometimes paired with nausea, dizziness, and fatigue sometimes not, but Always a headache. I last had sex mid to end august. I’ve had (what I think) is a period. It was normal length and if I remember right normal flow. I’ve taken what seems like a million pregnancy tests and all are negative. I’ve been to dr and They’ve checked blood work and all that and everything came back normal. Fast forward to sept. I’m 8 days late for this period. Just took I test RN and it’s still negative. I’m probably just paranoid but a close friend was ttc since January 2022 and got neg. Tests then last month she got her first positive, went to Drs thinking she’s only a few weeks along to find out she’s 6 months pregnant so I’m kinda Parinoid I’m getting false neg.
