Missed Period + Spotting
I am now day three of missing my period this month. Today I noticed that I was spotting bright pink and had brown discharge (maybe blood clots). I took a pregnancy test two days ago and it was negative. I want to test tomorrow but I don’t want it to be premature. I heard it could be implantation spotting, this would be my first child if I am pregnant so I wouldn’t know or could relate with previous symptoms.
Should I take another test tomorrow morning?
