Late period

Has anyone been two days late and still tested negative on blue dye (I’m sick so can’t go out for pink dye which I prefer) and still been pregnant! I’ve had one miscarriage before so the fact I’m late and not triggering a test is concerning I have a respiratory infection but im also showing all signs of pregnancy and sick as a dog throwing up too! Help?!?! I’ve reached out to my PCP with no response.
