Any insight? I’m getting nervous

Helen

So my levels were at 8,918 on Monday, the 12th. On Thursday (15th) they were 11,076. The doctors said that they should be doubling and mine aren’t, I’m getting more blood drawn on Monday, but can anyone give me some piece of mind or anything to make me feel better about these numbers? I had a miscarriage in February, and I’m getting worried.

I’m not sure why they would still test once you’re in that I have an hCG range the other commenter is correct it starts to slow down.. I would ask them for an early ultrasound because at this point they should be able to see something. Good luck dear ♥️

Thank you! I’ve been asking for an early ultrasound, but my office refuses to do it before 8 weeks and that’s when my appointment is scheduled for. I hoping for good news, thank you again!

Those numbers look good! Those numbers would put you somewhere between week 6-7 and HCG does not double in the same way after it gets that high. As long as the numbers are going up at this point you are good. I had very similar numbers around 6wks and now 17wks with my rainbow. Hope your upcoming scan helps give peace of mind!

That is super stressful, I hope everything is fine as well. I had spotting in this pregnancy weeks 7-15 due to a subchoronic hematoma, but it did resolve. Hopefully you get good news soon. Thank you!

I hope everything is fine, I’ve been spotting for almost a week also and I’m getting worried. It never seems to end. Wishing you good luck and a healthy pregnancy! 😊

After they get that high it takes much longer for them to double. Your levels are good

That’s so incorrect 🤦🏻‍♀️ after they reach 6,000 it can take 96 hours for them to double and that’s perfectly normal.

The nurse basically told me to prepare for another miscarriage, but I had two other people on another app say the same thing you did, so I’m hoping that’s the case. Thank you!
