I have one living child. I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in may 2022. I don’t like saying my child is an only child, but when someone asks about my children, I don’t want to make them uncomfortable by talking about my miscarriage. It’s usually in a situation like at my son’s school or something where I don’t know the person that well. I am comfortable talking about my child that I lost and I feel like I went through the grieving process and healed enough where I won’t burst out crying in front of someone, but I don’t want to make them uncomfortable.. especially if they went through a loss themselves.
