Colostrum expressed before labour?

I’ve heard this can be possible and curious if anyone has anyone done this and been successful? What method did you use? Did you save the colostrum and give to babe when they arrived? How? Super curious…Share your tips please 🙂

You just hand express three times a day for 5-10 mins a side into a bottle and then put it into a syringe every time you express. Then put them in the freezer. You can start at 37 weeks as per my doctor. 
I never did it but I did express in the shower every night to get my supply in

I did it. It’s easy you won’t get much and that’s normal. It’s nice incase you have to have a NICU baby it gives them a good start.

Hand expressed or pumping! Always with the okay from your dr of course. Freeze whatever you get & then you can use it at birth or use it later down the road if baby is sick or something!
