It's a boppy pillow, but it's not meant to be used how she's using it. It's not safe for sleep.

Nothing is to be in the bassinet or crib except baby. This picture just looks dangerous.

That would be a boppy. If it’s u shaped it’s just regular boppy, if it’s fully closed it’s a lounger. The lounger is recalled and should be thrown out or used for animal beds. Regardless of either one it needs to be taken out of the bassinet and NOT used for sleeping at all, that is very dangerous. Positional asphyxiation can easily happen.

It's a Boppy lounger. It's not safe for sleep neither is that blanket. Nothing should be in the baby's bed other than baby.
