Nothing is to be in the bassinet or crib except baby. This picture just looks dangerous.

That would be a boppy. If it’s u shaped it’s just regular boppy, if it’s fully closed it’s a lounger. The lounger is recalled and should be thrown out or used for animal beds. Regardless of either one it needs to be taken out of the bassinet and NOT used for sleeping at all, that is very dangerous. Positional asphyxiation can easily happen.
