Is this positive opk?

I have been testing opk since cd8 and this is what I have got at cd12. Should I consider this as positive? glow app says negative, don’t know why. I am 39 and ttc and pretty much regular with periods with cycle varying between 26-28 days. Plz help. This is so confusing
