Ultrasound at 5 weeks 4 days?

My doctor is wanting me to come in tomorrow and have an US done. I had some lighter bleeding over the weekend and he wanted to just double check on things. Has anyone had one done this early? Did you hear the heartbeat? What could you see?

I had a scan recent when I thought I was 5+4 but was measuring 5+2 and it was an empty sac. I’ve had bleeding and cramping.

You may not see much. But you’ll see a sac atleast

You can just see a sac and maybe something small inside, but you won’t see/hear the heartbeat yet. That isn’t until after 7 weeks 😊
