Fertility appointment with Obgyn

What are something things I should ask my obgyn at my appointment Friday regarding my issues below:

Since the beginning of the year (January) I've only had 4 periods. Postpartum (August 2021 to January 2022 my periods were normal every 29 days) but now only 4 periods in 9 months is not normal for me. My periods were irregular sometimes before having my son, id have some 29 day cycles, some as long as 45 days but never have my periods gone missing for 2, 3 months. My last period had to be induced after 93 days without one.

They tested my thyroid already and did an ultrasound and all that was normal.

We are TTC #2 so you can see my frustration to my period deciding to not show up anymore.

1) if this happened to you what were some of the issues?

2) are there certain tests or anything I should ask the doctor to do or check?

3) should I just request to go straight to an RE specialist?

I'm terrified I'm going through early menopause and that means no more babies!

I get random hot flashes too now that I never did, random nausea (not frequently, every now and then), acid reflux a lot more..
