6 weeks pregnant

Boys pregnancy it was bad ) I have 3 handsome boys hoping this is my little girl but if it wasn’t for my positive dark tests and missed period for 2 weeks ( plus bloated) I don’t feel pregnant. I am blessed my nausea isn’t bad as it was with my boys. Have anyone ever went threw this and what’s did they have ?
