Is he cheating

Soo me and my boyfriend been on shaky grounds I have a feeling he's cheating...well we did the do and I ended up getting a bad case of a uti and on top of that my ph balance seems thrown off could it be the azo meds I'm taken for the uti or is he plain out cheating? Help
