Over a week long pain .. need advice

Last week Wednesday my husband and I decided to spice up the sex life. We used a vibrator but only on my clit. It hasn't been used in like a year. It wasn't cleaned properly. I knew something would happen. Next day I started getting pain in lower stomach and lower back. The back pain is more to the sides. The pain overall is a strong pain but at times it gets strong. It's more of a ongoing dull pain. I had a weird feeling in my clit area. I had white thin discharge when I went to the doctor so they said they would treat me for BV. They never did any test. A week goes by I'm still having the pain in stomach and back. My clit area feels fine. Still having thin watery white discharge on and off. Not a lot though. Since, they treated me for BV this doctor is having me get so many test done. They said my pee was clean, I'm not pregnant, it's not gonorrhea or chlamydia and not bv. Doctor said he didn't see any yeast when doing the exam. I'm still waiting for the UTI results to come back and he did a few more test. I don't remember what else he tested me for. Overall I'm starting to think it could be something that has nothing to do with the sex toy at all. Anyone have pain in lower stomach and lower back ( on the sides)???? What was it caused from????What could it be???
