Hi everyone!

I’m just looking for some advice/answers.

I was repeatedly SA’d and r@p3d for 3 years by the same man. People have told me to report it but I have a few worries/concerns so I was wondering if anyone could help me please

1. If I report to the police will he know it was me that reported him?

2. Will the police even believe me because at the moment it’s his word against mine

3. I know that if I report it he will probably lose his job and it will ruin his life and that makes me feel awful!

I’m really hesitant to report it because we have a similar friend circle and have loads of mutual friends. I already know that they won’t believe me because we’ve had friends in the past lie about this kind of stuff and I don’t know if I could handle people calling me a liar.

I’ve had so many episodes where I’ve frozen and been unable to move and I just keep reliving it in my head. It’s had a knock on effect on the intimate areas of my life. I’ve been to the doctors and they’ve given me some medication but I feel like my body is constantly in fight or flight.

I really don’t know what to do.
