Had my period, then a positive pregnancy test?

Hi! So I Ovulated, then had my period like normal last week but then I just had a strange feeling and took a pregnancy test today and it was positive!

I had taken a pregnancy test prior to my period starting and it was a solid negative, then I had my period, and then I got a positive pregnancy test today.

My period seemed a lighter than normal with no cramps, but definitely like 5 solid days of bleeding. This was my first month using black period underwear so honestly it was hard to tell how much I was bleeding.

I haven’t had another more bleeding since stopping my “period” a few days ago.

Anyone else experience this? I’m contacting my doctor asap as it could be an ectopic I guess.
