Hard Areas on Breasts
Are hard areas in breasts clogged ducts, engorgement, something else? Today I had to go four hours without pumping and I had hard areas on both breasts. It didn’t go away after pumping. I tried using a massager and some areas got better but now the ones my right breast are harder again. Any advice on how to fix and prevent this would be much appreciated!
