Sleep training
Does sleep training work and is it worth doing? My son is 5 months old and we are moving him into his crib from the bassinet. When we do this we figured we would give sleep training a go. He currently wakes up 3times a night because he regressed he was sleeping through the nights until he turned 4 months. He uses me to soothe himself back to sleep. So just curious if sleep training worked for anyone
