Fear of driving

I’m 18 years old and still can’t drive. I wasn’t taught by anyone and my dad doesn’t have a car. I thought about doing drivers Ed classes but the only thing in my way is my own head. I’m deeply afraid of driving. You hear about fatal car crashes on the news and it makes me even more scared. My boss lost her daughter in a car wreck and it made me think that I just can’t do it. People in my life are relying on me to be able to drive soon and I just don’t think I can do it. How do I get over this fear?
