Pill and spotting. Please help

I've been on the combo pill for almost a year now and never had random spotting. Today I had spotting as if I was starting my period but I just started the last week of hormone pills before the pseudo pills.

Some background: I'm recovering from a really bad cold that lasted a whole week. And I took one pill 4 hours last 2 weeks ago. I've been stressing a lot lately because of family issues.

What's going on? Thank you in advance for any feedback.
