Ok so I went to the hospital yesterday because I had a sharp pain that got increasingly worse as time went on I felt like I could barely stand and then started having some light spotting I thought maybe it could be a cyst or something so I went to the hospital I never suspected pregnancy because I’ve just had af maybe 10 days ago and actually should have ovulated yesterday based on my app which accurately detects it for the most part.

So I went in and they had me take urine sample and blood work and come to find out both test came back positive and I would only be 1-2 weeks pregnant so nothing can be found. I have an hcg level of 551 which is possibly why they picked it up so early but I’m really confused on how this happened has this happened to anyone before?? I go back for another blood test tomorrow to see if it’s increasing since I’m so early the ultrasounds weren’t able to detect anything so they’re thinking the pain and spotting is either implantation or possible miscarriage. I really just want to know if anyone heard of or been through anything similar.

Also some back history I have a 7 year old and almost 8 month old baby both c sections and scarring around the site of my procedure could possibly be why the implantation is more sore than usual idk if that related or not but just wanted to include it
