Red bumps?

Hello, can anyone tell me what these red bumps possibly are? I sent a message to my Dr but I havnt heard back from him.

He doesnt have a fever, didn’t eat anything new, didn’t change soap, they are slightly raised but not bad, don’t look like big bites.

Any thoughts?
