Infantile spasms?

I am trying to remain calm and stay off google but tonight my 8.5 month old had what I’m believing to be maybe a cluster of little spasms. He was eating in his high chair then became fussy and would stick one arm out straight and then bring his head kind of too his shoulder. He did it a few times kind of back to back then I picked him up to comfort him and he maybe did it another 2 times. I brought him to his room and sat down on the floor with him to play and calm down, did it maybe one more time but not as abrupt? Then didn’t do it again for the rest of the night. He kind of winced when it happened as well, was thinking maybe pain? He is teething too. But I’m also very worried about infantile spasms. He has no delays and is very healthy. I’m going to watch him like a hawk tomorrow, and if he does it more I’ll get on video and then consult ped. But in the meantime has anyone experienced this and it just been a weird baby thing? I feel literally sick.
