Could it be endometriosis?

So every month i get severe period pains like crippling pain but also every time im ovulating i get the same crippling pain. Today is my fertile days and im literally feeling paralysed on my bed i cant move without this sharp pain. It near enough brings me to tears. I get this every month around period times and ovulation times.

I get extremely heavy periods, i go through a tampon and pad within an hour. Ive had 1 vaginal birth and 3 c sections my last one being march 2021. When i have sex it hurts when he goes deep.. i just dont know what this is. Its giving me diarrhoea too.

I have a gp call scheduled but just see if anyones had the same thing. Thank you for any advice😭😭
