Pregnant on IUD?

I know this section is for The Pill but I am desperate for advice. I have been on Kyleena for the past 5 years, this year being the fifth. I have had consistent periods since starting the IUD. My period did not come on at all in September but I had feelings like my period was about too start. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative but I’m still nervous. I feel okay nothing out of the ordinary besides weird dreams… has anyone ever experienced pregnancy on IUD? Should I take another test or get a blood test done?
