Not sure

Hey I had found out I was pregnant on August 16,2022 Hcg was 344 and had a miscarriage on August 25,2022 Hcg dropped to 124. Went to the doctor 1 week after that Hcg was 7.7 on 9/1/22 and went took more blood on 9/15/22 Hcg was <1.0 meaning I wasn’t pregnant.Had an ultrasound appointment on 9/27/22 to make sure everything looked good and it showed normal haven’t had a period since then. So today I took a cheapy and got a faint positive can I be pregnant
