No symptoms makes me worried

At 6wk4d with HCG of 561, carrying twins and no symptoms makes me feel weird. All my pregnancy didn't feel much maybe some aversion, nausea and fatigue. This time just fatigued to the point I just crash. But my worry is mostly that maybe the symptoms will come in flooding or that there's something wrong. Noone wants symptoms for sure but I'm in patient till my next ultrasound for a viability test to hear heartbeats 💓. Though to be honest just the thought of 💓 heartbeats is exciting
