Tough decision

Hi hall I need some input from women who have had a partial hysterectomy. I am 24. I have 1 child. And since having a cesarean to have her my endometriosis has gotten far worse. My surgeon has given me 2 options at this point. I can repeat a laparoscopy and get an IUD inserted plus take progesterone pills and hope that it’s another 5 years or so before I would need surgery again and be able to potentially have more children (I have to have surgery to get pregnant as well). Or I can have a partial hysterectomy, leaving only my ovaries, which has a better chance of longer relief, but will cause me to not be able to have more children. I am a single mother and don’t even have anyone interested in me at this time so having another child is not something I have thought about doing. On top of that she was an emergency cesarean and my pregnancy and labor were very traumatic. I just don’t wanna make a decision I’ll regret either way.
