Help! Worried and need some positive insight !

I need some positive thoughts on this.. so I went to the hospital due to spotting I had at work, and they did blood work and ultrasound. My hcg levels are 4808.. at 6 weeks. But they were only able to see “small cystic structures within the endometrium both less than a centimeter greatest dimension may be very early intrauterine gestational sacs but no fetal pole or yolk sac identified” I have to go back today to get more blood work done to see if my levels doubled.. and I’m getting a repeat ultrasound tomorrow.

I’ve had a ectopic in the past, a chemical pregnancy and now this.. whatever this is. I’m worried. My spotting was brown, and it lasted two days, but is gone at the moment.
