Worries about minor tummy trauma

I was in bed and my husband came to give me a kiss but he tripped and caught his fall with his hand and full weight on my belly. I instantly started crying and I don’t know if it’s just my anxiety but felt like my stomach started hurting. It could just be pregnancy symptoms and me being in my head though, right? He feels terrible and I can’t stop worrying/crying. I’m sure everything is fine, I’m just terrified to miscarry. I’m 6 weeks yesterday. Any advice or reassurance is greatly appreciated ❤️
