Fall canning contuined...

St

So a few people saw my last post about my tomato canning week and wanted updates as I go through fall. We have been doing apples, pears, and quince the last few weeks. I have been horrible at getting pictures as I don't use my phone while canning but for apples zi have done a TON of apple sauce in all size jars and a few flavors. Canned apple pie filling and just some plain cut apples and also did cinnamon apple syrup because my husband loves it on breakfast things. I canned a ton of pears too and also did pear sauce. I made a lot of Quince paste because it is good on crackers and then just did some preserves. I also did apple and pear butter. Currently getting ready to head out fishing for a few days and hope to catch some trout to freeze and an also gonna make a trout bisque to can. Beef stew and venison stew, chicken noodle soup, tuna, and a variety of veggies are in the next few weeks too. So for those who wanted updates here are some and I can either post again as I can more or message me and I can share what I am doing if that's easier. Not sure how many people care but know several asked so tried to remember haha.

Here is the last of the applesauce cooling

And here are some pear slices I canned. My kids eat these all winter as snacks
