Fiest Pap smear friday
I’m getting my first Pap smear Friday, I’m 24 (and a virgin) I’m very shy and a very nervous person so I’ve just kept putting it off, due to some birth control pill issues I have to see her. Anyone have any tips on how you calm your nerves? I always overthink and freak myself out before things like this
