Confused and frustrated

Been using advanced clear blue ovulation tests for a month. I’ve had 3 static smiley faces that last for 2/3 days each (peak fertility) and 3 blank circles (no/low fertility) and the rest of the month blinking smiley face (high fertility). This morning was the last day of my peak and tested, got a circle. Retested just for the heck of it 2 hours lasted and it’s a blinking smiley face. How is it showing that I’m ovulating 3x in a month! I feel like this kit isn’t accurate at all. Getting very discouraged. I’m 38 1/2 and will not TTC in my when I turn 40. I also just said my mirena iud removed. Any advice? Switch to a new ovulation test kit? I’ve heard this advanced clear blue was the best. 😔
