Fatigue and exercise
Hey everyone! I'm 6 weeks 3 days today and have been struggling hard core with fatigue. I'm usually am active person but since finding out I was pregnant at 4 weeks I think I have only gone to the gym once and ran once. It's really getting me down mentally bc I feel like I'm not being as healthy or active as I wanted to be. And on top of that I've been just wanting to eat carbs bc that is what keeps me from getting nauseous, and the bloating has me feeling really fat and sad... any other usually active people have a slow start and were you able to get back into it after the first few weeks? Any advice on how to increase my energy or motivation? Thanks!
