I recently started doing water aerobics and it's helping so much with my pelvic floor pain. The classes I attend are full of silver dragons and I feel right at home waddling around the water with grannies and grandpas while listening to pumped up gangster rap and jumping up an down as if I wasn't carrying a basketball around my waistline.

This exercise is a pregnancy game changer!
