Is my house falling apart???!. HELP

These are pictures of just a couple of rooms. My walls have lines on them that are protruding. Also bolts are starting to show out as well. These were not here when I purchased the home. So idk if it’s a weather thing? I think I should note I only have one water gutter 🙃 so I’ll have to save up to have some installed around the house. Im praying this isn’t a foundation issue. When I got the house the home inspector didn’t say there was a foundation problem but did advise I put fertilizer on the edges of the home and get gutters that extended away from the home so water wouldn’t poor in the lining of the home. I am going to call the home inspector once I have the funds to soon. Is anyone familiar with this? Help please if you know anything about this stuff I’m fucking depressed.

NOT A NEW HOUSE/ CONSTRUCTION the previous owner did some work on the home tho. That’s why I worried about the water gutters that maybe the rain made a shift in the foundation😩

Thank you all very much for the input. You don’t realize the relief I have now such a huge weight off my shoulders. Will be getting this fixed PROPERLY as soon as I can.
