I Had A Debate With My Husband, How Many Times Per Day Should A Couple Have Sex ??

A couple should have sex however often they both want to have sex, while still being able to complete their responsibilities. If they both want sex 10x a day and can meet their responsibilities, great. If they both want sex 1x a week and can meet their responsibilities, great.

As many times as you both want.  But that usually in the lust phase when you can’t get enough of each other.

A day? I don’t think you should be expected to a day but meet in the middle at something reasonable. If you both wanna every day, great. If not, both meet in the middle. I can count a handful of times my husband and I ever had twice a day lol but I know that’s not everyone’s normal.our usual is once a week on a normal week, but that works for both of us.

depends on the couple and if they have kids or a busy life, or sex drive/if you want to.  it shouldn’t be a chore to do everyday.
